The technology

Amplify, our AI agent platform.

One flexible platform to create, manage and scale purpose-built AI agents. It helps organizations move from experimenting with AI to running it securely at scale.

The Amplify engine

A governed environment, backed by delivery capability.

Everything required to identify priority use cases, develop agents, support adoption and manage AI with control as it scales. The bar is the same whether you build this yourself or buy it.

01

Security and data privacy

Deploy AI in a governed enterprise environment with your controls, your permissions and protection for sensitive work.

02

Agent DevOps and orchestration

Identify, prioritize, build, manage and optimize agents with clear ownership and a visible route to deployment.

03

Usage and spend visibility

Track usage, token spend and outcomes by user, agent and model, with controls and bottom-up return measurement.

04

Services, training and enablement

Combine delivery support, custom agent builds, workshops and training to equip teams to scale AI across the business.

Built for mid-size and large organizations with complex operations, valuable knowledge and strict security needs.

Capability one

Security and data privacy.

The application stack, the agents, the database and the conversation history all deploy inside your own cloud environment. Your data never crosses into a vendor-managed one.

Your own tenant

Agents, data and context run inside your environment. You own the compute, the storage and the networking.

Zero data retention

Model API calls are configured for zero data retention, with no routine storage of prompts or outputs by the provider. Your data never trains a model. Every call is transient. Nothing is retained.

Existing identity controls

Access is governed by your own identity provider and security groups. Role-based permissions decide which staff see which agents, and what those agents can connect to. No new identity system to manage.

Data controller and processor split

You are the data controller. Model providers act only as transient processors, handling encrypted calls and never storing or training on your data.

Safeguarding governance

Agents operate within your trust boundary, with outputs structured for the processes you already run rather than a separate AI destination.

Capability two

Agent DevOps and orchestration.

One place to run the agent development lifecycle, from the idea to the live agent, with everyone able to see what exists and who owns it.

Central control panel

A single view of every agent across departments and business units, so leadership has clear oversight of activity and ownership.

Use case ideation

Capture new agent ideas through a structured request process, then review, approve and prioritize them against business value.

Live agent status

Watch development in real time, with visibility over build stage, responsible owner, tooling and progress to deployment.

Private agent innovation

Let individuals experiment with private agents, while surfacing the valuable ones so they can be refined and scaled across teams.

Return and outcomes measurement

Set expected value up front, then track savings, adoption and outcomes against it.

Capability three

Usage and spend visibility.

What it costs, who is using it and what it returns, reported in a way you can put in front of a finance team.

Spend governance and monitoring

Per-user spend and agent usage, with token cost reported by agent, model and user, plus controls and limits.

Usage-based scaling

Workflows scale on active consumption and model costs follow usage. No use means no usage cost.

Organizational efficiency savings and insights

Per-interaction savings estimated with a conservative, bottom-up method, so the figure in front of your executives is defensible rather than a generic industry average.

Multi-model selection and lock

Choose the best model for each task from six vendors and watch which performs best. Then standardize, locking the right model per agent and user group for consistency and cost.

Conversation classification

Every interaction is classified by use case, such as research, documentation, data analysis or sales, so you see what AI is being used for and not only how much.

Capability four

Services, training and enablement.

The platform is half of it. These are the ways our engineers work with your people, from a workshop to a standing allocation.

Accelerator sessions

Focused workshops to identify high-value agent use cases, prioritize opportunities and define the path to implementation.

Executive AI fluency

Equipping leadership with the understanding, confidence and decision-making framework to sponsor adoption across the organization.

AI engineer bandwidth

Embedded engineering capacity working alongside your internal teams, accelerating agent development and building capability as it goes.

Project-based engagements

Scoped agent builds delivered from planning and design through testing, deployment and handover to the business.

Ad-hoc hours

Flexible senior consulting for agent design, technical decisions, feature usage and build-quality assessment.

Start with a trial.

The full platform in your environment, a working agent using your own data, and a prioritized view of where it goes next. Take it on from there with our engineers, or run it yourself.
