Jon has been an operator on the cutting edge of digital transformation and systemization for two decades. At Bridgewater Associates he led its research and systemization efforts; at VMware he was VP of Digital Transformation, where he oversaw internal data, robotics process automation, and operational transformation. Most recently he was COO of Yale Investments, where he replaced the endowment's entire technology stack and led its move to agentic systems.
Andreas Cambitsis
Co-founder / CTO
Cambridge-trained aerospace engineer who turns frontier AI into production systems. Founded Amplify, the agent platform DividendAI deploys today, and stays hands-on with agent architecture. Before that, co-founded Business Science Corporation and scaled its data and analytics work for enterprise clients across mining, energy and industrials.
