1. Scope of this notice

This notice applies to this website only. Where we work with a client, the agreement executed for that engagement governs the handling of data in that work. In a deployment, agents, data and context operate within the client's own environment, under the client's identity and access controls, fully auditable, with nothing retained outside it.

2. Information we collect

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage. It contains no advertising pixel, no tag manager and no session recording, and nothing on it tracks you across other sites. These statements can be verified in your browser's developer tools.

There is no form on this site. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us by email: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.

3. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is provided as part of our hosting. It operates without cookies and does not collect personal information. It reports page views, referring sites and countries of origin, and cannot identify an individual visitor. Vercel states that it counts unique visits using a hash that is discarded and regenerated daily, rather than storing IP addresses.

Analytics is served from this domain rather than from a third party, and nothing is stored on your device. Accordingly, no consent is required.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, we do not disclose it for advertising, and we will not add you to a marketing list without your prior agreement. Correspondence is received in our Microsoft 365 environment.

5. Retention

We retain correspondence for 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion. After that period it is deleted, except where we are required to retain it to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.

6. Disclosure

We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

• To suppliers who operate systems on our behalf, including our hosting and mail providers, and only to the extent required
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, where information about the business transfers with it
• Where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of any person
• Where you have asked us to

7. Hosting and typefaces

Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from a third-party font provider. Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to its processing. Requests should be directed to hello@dividend.ai.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. We do not sell or share personal information, and our analytics neither identifies nor tracks individual visitors, so no processing is affected by that signal.

9. Children

This site is intended for people working in industrial businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may amend this notice from time to time. If we introduce anything that tracks visitors, we will update this page before it takes effect and state what changed and when. Any amendment will be posted here with a revised date.
